Schalke insist they have no interest in selling Leroy Sane to Manchester City, despite reports in Germany suggesting the Premier League club are willing to part with £40m for the winger, reports Sky Sports.
The 19 year old made his debut for the Bundesliga club in 2014 and won his first cap for Germany against France at the Stade de France in November.
He is currently on a winter training camp in Orlando with Schalke, whose chairman Clements Tonnis said: "No official offer yet. It was decided Leroy should stay and the player also wants to stay at Schalke. So this is not an issue."
