Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler admits he turned down a multi-million dollar contract offer from Manchester City.

BILD says City tabled a five-year deal to Draxler recently.

"I've thought about it. You do not know if such another offer comes along in your life. Ultimately, my gut feeling, my heart and prospects were decisive in committing to Schalke 04," said Draxler.
