Schalke have upped their offer for Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb.
S04 had an offer for the Spurs outcast rejected by chairman Daniel Levy earlier this week.
However, L'Equipe says an agreement has now been reached after the Germans revised their bid.
Bentaleb is eager to get away after being dumped to the Spurs youth team by manager Mauricio Pochettino.
AC Milan have also expressed interest, but Schalke are now finalising a deal for the player.
