Schalke are moving for sacked Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo.
Di Matteo could return to management at Schalke 04 in Germany next season, according to Italian TV station Sportmediaset.
Di Matteo guided the Blues to Champions League and FA Cup success last season but was dismissed in November following a 3-0 defeat at Juventus.
