Schalke may seek a buyer in January for Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.

The Sun says talks have stalled and a new round is scheduled for January. He has a £16m get-out clause but if Schalke get knocked out of the Champions League, the Germans might be forced to sell for a cut-price fee in the winter transfer window.

Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool have all been linked with the centre-forward.
