AC Milan hero Dejan Savicevic has urged Mirko Vucinic to quit Roma.

Savicevic says Vucinic is selling himself short at Roma and should make the move away from the capital.

He revealed: "I told him two years ago: 'If in this period you fail to earn £4-5 million per season you will be a failure, you will have failed your goals'.

"Now two years have passed and his salary is low. A player as talented as Mirko should have a much bigger contract."

Vucinic is a player hugely admired by Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and the football staff at Real Madrid.
