Dejan Savicevic insists Juventus owe Mirko Vucinic for their success.

Vucinic hasn't exactly sparkled since his summer arrival, but AC Milan legend Savicevic insists the striker has made a telling contribution.

"If Juve are fighting for the Scudetto, then it is also down to him," the President of the Montenegrin FA told Tuttosport.

"Mirko is an unusual fellow, it's true, but he remains a great player. It's also true he should've scored more than four goals this season, but Mirko works very hard for the team and that can mean losing sharpness in front of goal.

"I don't think he is inconsistent at all. Conte has been able to bring him back to his best."
