Robbie Savage accepts his performance against Manchester United isn't enough to yet to win the trust of Derby County fans.
"It's like next week against Middlesbrough away. Or Wigan Athletic at home. And Fulham at home.
"Those are the games where you earn your Premier League crust. At our level, the Uniteds and Chelseas - you always raise your game against those big clubs."
Savage's performance against United heard his name chanted by Rams fans for the first time this season.
"It's been a long time coming," he said. "It was a relief but I've had enough games by now. I haven't won them over yet, I've got a long way to go."
