Saurin Shah's takeover plans for Blackburn Rovers have intensified this week.
The Lancashire Telegraph says Mumbai-based Shah arrived in England with his consortium earlier this week as they continue their pursuit of Rovers, having already been believed to have offered in the region of £25million for the club.
No offer has been accepted and the stage of due diligence - where the accounts are opened up to be checked - has not been reached, with other parties also still believed to be interested in a potential takeover.
It's reported Shah and a team of nine others held talks with club officials at Rovers' Brockhall training ground on Thursday.
