Saunders: Chelsea have all the ingredients with Costa, Hazard, Kante…

Dean Saunders believes Chelsea are well-equipped to become Premier League champions this season.

Antonio Conte's side is on an 11-game winning streak and currently sits six points clear of Saunders' former club Liverpool after 17 matches.

Saunders feels that the personnel at Stamford Bridge at present is what is needed to win the 2016/17 title.

"After the Arsenal game [which Chelsea lost 3-0], I saw the manager's interview and he was nearly in tears. Since that day, they've just changed completely," he told Premier League Daily.

"They've changed the system and Costa's on fire. Even if you're not a Chelsea fan, you're starting to name the team now. Getting that continuity is a good sign.

"The players know if they win, they'll be playing next week. The three centre-backs are working, Eden Hazard's a great player, Costa's a great player and Pedro's a great player.

"Cesc Fabregas can't get a game but might come in at any point. He's another great player. Also don't underestimate what N'Golo Kante's doing for the team."
