Sassuolo striker Domenico Berardi is a target for Chelsea.

The Sunday Mirror says Chelsea are ready to make a £20million move for Berardi.

The 22-year-old is currently at Sassuolo after he was sold to Serie A club by Juventus for £8million.

The Italian Serie A leaders - who look certain to be in the Champions League final after their 2-0 win in Monaco in the first leg of the semi-final last week – have a buy-back clause of £15 million.

But Chelsea manager Antonio Conte sees Berardi as the perfect supplement to his squad for next season.
