Sassuolo president Giorgio Squinzi insists Simone Zaza may not leave this summer.
Zaza is expected to join Juventus at the end of this season.
"Zaza won't necessarily leave Sassuolo.
"Juve have an option on him for a specific sum. We are here waiting to see what happens," declared Squinzi.
