Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali has warned suitors of Matteo Politano's rising price-tag.
AC Milan and Roma are among clubs keen on the winger.
“Napoli wanted Politano in January, but in the second half of the season, he made even more of a name for himself with his performances," general manager Carnevali told the Corriere dello Sport.
“His price-tag has risen even further with the Italy call-up."
On Roma's interest, he added: “If there are the economic and technical conditions to make a deal, we will take any sale into consideration, but we won't lose a player just because he wants to leave. We trust in their professionalism.
“I keep reading about Berardi to Roma, Francesco Acerbi to Lazio and Politano to Inter, but I speak to some clubs regularly and have not received any formal offers."
