Sassuolo coach Beppe Iachini felt they could've beaten Napoli after their 1-1 draw on Saturday.
A late Jose Callejon equaliser canceled out Matteo Politano's opener for Sassuolo.
“It was a very good performance and we didn't just sit back and defend, but there were several chances to score more goals," Iachini told Sky Sport Italia.
“We could've doubled our lead, Napoli had some opportunities too, but we never lost our shape. We do feel regret over the equaliser, because it's not easy to put in a performance like that against Napoli. We could've taken home the three points.
“We tried to create some density in the midfield, as Napoli pass it so well that we needed to fill the spaces. We had studied them well, but got some things wrong in decisive situations."
