The agent of Domenico Berardi says no offers have arrived for the Sassuolo striker.
Berardi has been linked with Inter Milan and Juventus.
“For the moment I haven't been contacted by anyone," his agent Simone Seghedoni told the Corriere dello Sport. “I think it's early to discuss the future of Berardi.
“We still have to sum things up with Sassuolo. Domenico owes them a lot and is happy with them.
“He earned a European qualification and he could very well stay where he is.
“Let's wait until the end of the Coppa Italia to determine what Sassuolo's prospects will be, then we'll decide on the future.
“Berardi won't be conditioned by the tug of war between Inter and Juventus. He has a long contract, lasting until June 30, 2019.
“The Bianconeri have a buy-back option as the ownership of the player was shared until last summer. But once again I must specify that there is nothing concrete.
“Domenico is a talented footballer and it's normal that there should be a lot of speculation around him."
