Deportivo Saprissa starlet Joel Campbell is keen to revive a move to Arsenal.
Campbell claims his £900,000 move to Arsenal is back on - after it stalled because of interest from Manchester United, says the Mirror.
The 19-year-old striker, who plays for Saprissa in his homeland, is currently taking part in the Under-20 World Cup in Colombia.
"We are talking to Arsenal again," said Campbell. "I have not signed yet, but I'm waiting to hear from my agents."
