Sao Paulo defender Alex Silva would welcome a move to AC Milan, says his agent.

Silva is interesting Milan as they seek cover for the injured Alessandro Nesta and the Brazilian's agent, Juan Figer, said: "Today, I can confirm I've not received any contact from Milan.

"But we welcome their interest, which I've learned from the newspapers, because he is now at the height of his powers being in the Brazil national and Olympic teams."
