Manchester City's spending spree is far from over with another Brazilian set to follow Elano Blumer to Eastlands.

Sao Paulo midfield star Josue is also a target for City boss Sven Goran Eriksson, with the Brazil international's sponsor, Omar Vasconcellos, confirming to Globoesporte that he had been contacted by an agent representing the big-spending Premiership club.

Josue lifted the Copa America last month with Brazil and along with City, also has Porto, Napoli and Benfica keen to bring him to Europe this summer.
