Chelsea are regarded as favourites to land Sao Paulo star Lucas. Sao Paulo president Juvencio Juvenal has revealed that Chelsea are favourites to land Lucas, after offering 40 million for the Brazilian midfielder.
Juvenal also confirmed other interest from Inter Milan, who have offered 25million, and Real Madrid, during an interview with FCInter1908.it.
