Brazil World Cup winner Cafu suggests that his nation would love to draw Australia in their group for the FIFA tournament next year.
Speaking at the launch of adidas' 'brazuca' ball for the 2014 World Cup, the former Sao Paulo, AS Roma and AC Milan defender told media that A Selecao would enjoy playing the Socceroos again.
However, Cafu was wary of a wounded Australian side following their 6-0 friendly defeat to the Brazilians in Brasilia in October.
"We would like to play Australia," he said through a translator. "Just like any other national team that comes - all national teams are in a condition that they can possibly win."
The World Cup draw takes place in Bahia on Friday local time (Saturday morning AEDT) with Australia in Pot 3 and hosts Brazil in the seeded Pot 1.
