Santos insist they haven't made a move for AC Milan ace Robinho.

The Brazilian club's Vice President Odilio Rodrigues has denied that there are plans to make any kind of move.

"There is a need for reinforcements at the club, but there is nothing at the moment being done with Robinho," he told reporters.

"He has a strong relationship with our club, but for now he is working with Milan and he is happy.

"We did speak with Milan about Rafael earlier this year, but no official proposal ever came through."
