Santos drop pursuit of AC Milan attacker Robinho

AC Milan attacker Robinho's move to Santos appears off.

Santos have signed €6m Cruzeiro playmaker Walter Montillo instead.

The Brazilian club probably does not have sufficient funds to complete both transfers this month.

Robinho is back in Italy this week.
