Santos confirm Man City want Neymar, Paulo Henrique

Santos have confirmed they've discussed first refusal on two of their starlets with Manchester City.

As part of Robinho's move to Santos, City want first refusal on 17-year-old forward Neymar and Paulo Henrique, 20, as part of the Santos deal.

The duo are rated as the most exciting prospects to come out of Santos since Robinho left the club five years ago, with Neymar in particular earning rather premature comparisons with Pele.

Santos president Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro revealed: ‘City want priority to buy the boys. That doesn’t bother us, since we sell to the highest bidders. If Manchester have the ability to match the offer, it is then down to the players.’
