Santos have taken a pop at Rea Madrid over their pursuit of Neymar.
Their sporting director Pedro Luiz Nunes Conceicao claims Santos are reluctant to do business and hinted that Madrid wanted to snap up the forward for a reduced fee.
"He (Neymar) is cheap for 45million and is worth even more," Conceicao told Marca.
"We don't understand how a club can spend 30million on a defender like (Fabio) Coentrao and not 45million for a striker that scores goals and provides a spectacle.
"We have no intention of opening negotiations for Neymar at this stage. He wants to stay and we want him to stay.
"They (Real Madrid) think money is everything in life and sometimes it isn't like that."
