Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz won't throw a strop if he fails to win a move to Manchester City.
A source close to the forward told The Sun: "Roque is still keen on a move to Manchester City and hopes something can be sorted out this month.
"But he is happy at Blackburn - he always has been. It's just a case of him wanting to play on a bigger stage."
City boss Mark Hughes, however, is not about to give up the chase.
He said: "We still want to bring him to the club.
"We made a £12m bid in the summer and this was significantly higher."
