Roque Santa Cruz believed Blackburn Rovers had enough chances to have clinched all three points in the 1-1 draw at Everton.

The Paraguay striker, with his third goal in four games, said: "It's always nice to score away, where we got a difficult game today.

"I'm happy to have scored but I feel a little we have lost two points.

"We could be a team that wins home and away.

"We did have the chances. In tight games it's always difficult.

"We had a great first half and if we had made another goal then it may have been enough to win the game.

"Everybody has the feeling we could have won."
