Siena coach Giuseppe Sannino feels they're three points away from being safe from the drop.
The Tuscan side face Inter Milan tonight comfortably in mid-table on 39 points, eight above the relegation zone and on a three-game unbeaten run.
"No doubt we are experiencing a positive run of form, but we need more points because Lecce behind are pushing us hard. Our fixture list is not easy, so we need another result. We must be practical until the end.
"I think that 42 points will be enough to ensure safety, then we'll see what happens after that. Tomorrow we play against a great team."
