San Jose Earthquakes have signed goalkeeper Mike Graczyk to a developmental contract. Per league and team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Graczyk comes to San Jose after spending the 2008 season as one of the goalkeepers in the Major League Soccer goalkeeper pool. He trained with the Colorado Rapids, FC Dallas and the Earthquakes last season. His rights were traded from the Colorado Rapids to D.C. United during the offseason. He appeared in one exhibition game for the Quakes last season against CD FAS from El Salvador and also played three games in the reserve division with San Jose.
