San Jose Earthquakes goalkeeper David Bingham is in Denmark to undergo a training spell with FC Copenhagen.

The 24-year old, who made just one MLS appearance in 2013, will stay in Copenhagen until November 20 in a bid to further his development in a professional European environment.

"He is heading over there today," Bingham's agent, Mike Gartlan, told MLSsoccer.com on Tuesday.

"He will spend a couple of weeks training with them."
