San Jose Earthquakes want to extend the loan of Tottenham attacker Simon Dawkins for next season.

The Englishman has given no indication of whether he wants to return.

"We want to bring him back," Quakes GM John Doyle told the Mercury News. "He has to make that decision. Tottenham and Simon have a bigger say than San Jose."
