San Jose Earthquakes are set to finalize a deal for AC Ajaccio captain Jean-Baptiste Pierazzi.
The 28-year old French midfielder has departed his homeland to sign a MLS contract and it appears as though he will land at the Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
An Earthquakes spokesman confirmed to MLSsoccer.com that Pierazzi has agreed terms and it is expected that an official announcement will be made soon.
Perazzi has been with Ajaccio since making his professional debut in 2006 and has left the Corsican club after making close to 200 league appearances.
