Bolton Wanderers fullback Jlloyd Samuel admits he's been frustrated by the lack of action he's seen under manager Gary Megson.

"If the manager chooses to play me, I'm sure I will show him what I can do," said the former West Ham youngster, initially sounded out by Sam Allardyce but eventually signed by Sammy Lee.

"I know what I am capable of. I think I've done OK when I've come in. The more you play the more confident you become.

"It's hard sometimes to come in for the odd game and then be dragged out."
