Sampdoria striker Antonio Cassano underwent a scan on his injured thigh last night.

Cassano wrenched his leg on debut in Sunday's friendly against Switzerland's Bellinzona and coach Walter Mazzarri had banked on the forward missing for "15 days".

However, Genoa sources say Samp now expect Cassano to be missing for 3-4 weeks due to the injury.
