Sampdoria are in swap talks with Palermo for defender Leandro Rinaudo.
Samp chief Beppe Marotta confirmed yesterday that negotiations had opened with Palermo over a deal which would see Andrea Caracciolo move to Sicily in exchange for Rinaudo.
