Sampdoria have struck a swap deal with Parma.

Samp are sending goalkeeper Antonio Mirante to Parma on a season-long loan, while defender Marco Rossi will move in the opposite direction.

Samp also have the option of signing Rossi in co-ownership at the end of the season.
