Sampdoria have signed AC Milan defender Bartosz Salamon outright.

Samp have also sold their 50 per cent share in Andrea Poli to Milan.

"UC Sampdoria SPA announce it has acquired the sole sporting rights of the player Bartosz Salamon," a Samp statement reads.

"In the same way, it has sold the sporting rights of the player Andrea Poli to the Rossonero club."
