Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero has slammed the work at Parma of Giampietro Manenti.

Manenti is overseeing Parma's current financial meltdown.

"Football is a business, so if anyone is guilty, that's the business manager," he said, before adding a caveat: "Sampdoria have no debts.

"Who exactly is Manenti? What is he doing? Let's throw him out! [Football] Presidents should do less talking and more working."
