Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero insists Stefano Okaka is not for sale.
The former Fulham striker has just won his first Italy cap.
"Unless you give me 20 million dollars (16m), he [Okaka] is mine, and woe betide anyone who tries to take him from me," declared Ferrero.
