Sampdoria midfielder Denis Praet has welcomed interest from Juventus.

The Belgium international has been outstanding for Samp this season and is being watched by Juve sports chief Fabio Paratici ahead of the summer market.

Asked about the rumours, Praet replied: "There is so much market talk: if they follow me, I'm glad, and I'm not indifferent to the fact that the greatest Italian team is interested in me, but here I'm happy and I think only of Sampdoria.

"The future - to get as high as possible, in a great team, but my growth process has to be gradual, without forcing it, that's why I chose Samp from Anderlecht: going to a top club would have forced me to spend time on the bench and instead I need to play."
