Sampdoria are ready to snap up Tottenham winger Giovani dos Santos.
The Mirror says Giovani is close to a loan deal at Sampdoria.
Mexican forward Dos Santos, 21, has been a disappointment at Spurs and they want to offload him this month.
Sampdoria will have an option to buy Dos Santos but face competition from Real Zaragoza, Racing Santander and Genoa.
