Sampdoria chief Carlo Osti cannot rule out losing coach Sinisa Mihajlovic in the summer.

Mihajlovic is being linked with Pippo Inzaghi's job at AC Milan and has refused the chance to dampen the rumours in the past week.

Osti remarked: "Now we live from day to day.

"To continue together it takes two but there will be no disagreement.

"Right now it is very premature to talk like that."
