Antonio Cassano settled a tense, fiery derby against Genoa with the only goal of the game.

"After losing three consecutive derby games, we couldn't get this one wrong as well," said the midfielder.

"The win is above all dedicated to the supporters, as they suffered so much in the city after Genoa's run of results."
