Sammy Ameobi is delighted for big brother Shola over his success in Europe at Newcastle United.

Winger Sammy is currently on-loan at Middlesbrough.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "I'm really happy for him. I hope he can continue to score goals. He's got a knack of scoring in Europe!

"I was sat at home watching the Kharkiv games with a few of my friends.

"You wouldn't believe how nervous I was despite him having never missed a penalty.

"But he slotted it away, which was great."
