Blackburn Rovers defender Christopher Samba says it's time for hard questions inside the locker room after defeat to Newcastle United.
Samba acknowledged there is work to do for the league games against Manchester City, QPR and Tottenham first.
He said: "As a team and individuals we have to ask ourselves questions. We need a different attitude and have to be much tougher. We did not do the right things to approach the game in the right manner.
"We need to have more will, more heart. We can improve everything in every department."
