The agent of Manchester City striker Georgios Samaras admits a move to Middlesbrough could be on.

"It is a possibility that Georgios could leave Manchester City before Friday," Paul Koutsoliakos told skysports.com. "We are still in negotiations to try and sort something out.

"There is interest from all over Europe in Georgios, but he wants to stay in England.

"Middlesbrough is a big club and we will wait and see what happens."
