Salomon Rondon has agreed personal terms with West Brom.

The Mirror says Rondon will become West Brom's best-paid player after agreeing a lucrative five-year contract at The Hawthorns.

The Venezuela forward,25, has finalised personal terms worth around £50,000-a-week at Albion and passed a medical.

He is the club's record-signing after the Baggies agreed to pay Zenit St Petersburg £15million for his services.

He is now waiting on international clearance to rubber-stamp his move and will not be involved with Albion tonight when they host Manchester City.
