Liverpool's new star Mohamed Salah is excited to see the Reds make huge strides in the pre-season.

The Reds concluded their pre-season trip to Hong Kong with a 2-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday, and that means they now have three wins and one draw in their pre-season.

"I think we've had quite a good start, we've played [four] games and won three - it's a good start for us," the Egyptian told the club's website.

"And every game we're getting better and better, so that's the most important thing.

"It's a friendly but it's important for us to win every game and you see the team improving and that's important."
