Saha urges Man Utd to be more consistent

Louis Saha believes Manchester United have to be a much more consistent side.

The Red Devils sit 10th on the Premier League table with just 13 points from 10 matches which has included three wins and three defeats.

Saha, who played at Old Trafford between 2004 and 2008, was quizzed on where he thinks United need to improve and suggested that putting positive results together on a consistent basis needs to be the order of the day.

"If you don't have consistency, you play well one weekend and the next two weeks you are not playing well, it doesn't work like that," he told Goal.com.

"A big team like Manchester United has always worked with that standard. That is a basic for a big club."

United, who lost 1-0 to derby rivals Manchester City on Sunday, next take on 17th-placed Crystal Palace at home on Saturday.
