Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha is urging Fulham to stand by manager Kit Symons.
Cottagers hero Saha believes Fulham must now show faith in Symons to ensure continuity returns to the club.
Saha told the London Evening Standard: "It is a challenging time for him [Symons]. He needs help from Fulham supporters and help from the board.
"What has happened in the last two years has been really bad for the club. The management above has been dangerous, there has been a combination of problems."
