Louis Saha admits he feels "uncomfortable" at Tottenham over their form slide.
The former Everton striker has seen Spurs drop out of the top four since his January arrival, with manager Harry Redknapp's England rumours being blamed by many.
"I don't really know for sure [if the speculation about Redknapp unsettled the squad]," Saha told talkSPORT.
"Because I wasn't there six months ago I can't really say what changed. It is hard to have any comment, it is best to just train your best and try to find a solution but I do really believe that one performance can change everything.
"It is really hard as a footballer to feel that all the potential has been disturbed in a few months by anything.
"I feel very uncomfortable with the situation. I thought we were capable of competing for the title, it was possible a few months earlier."
